The Kiltro House is a Chilean residence was designed by Juan Pablo Corvalán, Supersudaka in the town of Talca, Chile. The architects designed this house to have many different characteristics. Made with a metallic structure covered entirely with wood and glass, the Kiltro house has been in constant change resulting a mix, a bastardized design with a patio and roof terrace. Aesthetics was a concern as was fun, scale and recreation. By combining the elements into one home, was able to achieve a home that can fill many functions.

The process was so unsteady, that all possible architectural design resources available where exercised to cope with the challenge of this house in the Chilean Central Valley. At the centre of the home is a glass box that looks out into the other rooms. It also lets light in and holds the stairs to the ground level. The rest of the home was built outwards with various parts added around. The final layer is a wooden deck which is linked on one side by a long ramp, making the entire roof a usable space in warm weather.

Everything was in constant change: the program, the surface, building permits, the contractors, even the view! The modus operandi is rather based on mistakes than certainties. The result: a mix, a bastardized design, a fusion, like a crossbreed dog, in Chilean: A Kiltro.
