The Courage Architecture, COURAGE architects bna have realized their own dream, the Negro Valor – a house and office that built out of steel and glass, with much emphasis on domestic comfort in Apeldoorn, The Netherlands. Unusual industrial materials and building methods are used to realize this house design, and a focus on sustainability combined with an industrial and flexible building process have resulted in a remarkable project.

Our project shows that ‘design’ can be affordable. Lots of glass with beautiful views and a special light entrance are the reason for provoking exceptionally positive reactions from from visitors and passers-by. With clever integrated warming and cooling installations, energy consumption is low with high comfort output, resulting in a remarkable project which is very pleasant to live and work in.
